• Veterans, police officers, firefighters, and seniors aged 70 and above are not eligible for this offer, as Somi’s Kitchen provides separate promotional programs specifically for each of these groups.
• Eligibility is determined solely by Somi’s Kitchen. Somi’s Kitchen reserves the right to refuse redemption if eligibility requirements are not met.

• For online orders, customers must log in to their membership account on our website to earn loyalty points.
• Orders placed without logging in will not be eligible for point accumulation. 

• For every $20 spent, guests earn 1 point.
• Points are calculated based on the subtotal before tax, tips, or fees.

• 1 point = $1 discount.
• Points can be used as a discount on future purchases. Customers can redeem them for any food or drink on our menu.
• Customers can redeem their points when their account reaches 10 points.

• Once points are redeemed, they are deducted from customers’ balances and cannot be reused.
• When the point balance reaches zero after redemption, customers must accumulate new points again to redeem future rewards.
• Points cannot go into a negative balance.

• Points do not expire as long as the program remains active.
• Unused points will be forfeited if the program is discontinued or if an account is terminated due to misuse.

• As a member, customers receive a free drink on their birthday.
• Loyalty points cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers. Customers must choose either to redeem loyalty points or to apply another promotional discount in a single transaction.
• Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
• Loyalty points must be applied at the time of ordering. Loyalty points will not be applied to orders that have already been billed.

• By participating in this promotion, you grant Somi’s Kitchen permission to use photos or videos taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, website, and in-store materials.
• Participation is voluntary. Customers who do not wish to be photographed may inform staff at any time.

• Offer is subject to availability.
• Somi’s Kitchen reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice.
